Pursuant to paragraph 13.1(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, only authorized representatives may, for a fee, represent, advise or consult with a person who is the subject of a proceeding or application before the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), and some other Federal and Provincial Governmental Bodies.

 


           Authorized representatives may only be:

 

  

  • Members in good standing of the Canadian Society of  Immigration Consultants (CSIC);

 

  • Members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society;

  

  • Members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Quebec.

           

 

              Being a member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) in good standing, we offer Canadian immigration and related services to individuals and business entities worldwide.

 1.   Federal Skilled Worker Class Immigration (new requirements as per Minister's instructions of November 28, 2008);

10.    Study Permits and Extensions;

 

11.   Temporary Resident (Visitor) Visas and Extensions;

 

12.   Restoration of Status applications;

 

13.  Live-in Caregiver Program (eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada after 2 years of employment);

 

14.   Appeals (specifically: Family Sponsorships, Removal Orders, Inadmissibility Hearings, and Detention Reviews);

 

15.  Applications for No-arrest Record/No-criminal Record to RCMP (Canada), FBI (U.S.), police and government
